DESIGN LEAD - Embel Assist (UX, Visual design)

Embel Assist is a consulting firm specializing in digital strategies, data architecture enablement, and technology selection for healthcare and healthcare data providers.

Executive summary report experience

• Collaborated and ideated with a Product Manager (PM) and the CEO to enhance the executive summary report user experience for a healthcare data provider: A complete visual and experience redesign of the report, data visualizations, and developing accompanying style guidelines
• Introduced and implemented a human-centered design process (user interviews, data synthesis, wireframing, iterative design process), added a crawl, walk, run strategy, delivering an MVP (PPT) and a product roadmap (interactive website and Microsoft Power BI design updates)
• Client-facing responsibilities involved preparing and conducting interviews, presentations, facilitating workshops, and having strategic and technical discussions. The success expanded the project scope to include the complete overhaul of an inventory overview

DESIGN LEAD - Climate LLC (UX, Visual design)

Climate has a farm management software for all platforms that allows farmers to digitize their operation. From inspecting moisture content, to analyzing their harvest and yield, the platform hosts insights and planning to make farming easier for farmers across the globe.

I started as a senior visual designer, promoted as a visual design lead, then to general design lead.

Crop planning (UX, UI design lead)

• Advised and shaped L1 experience to leverage existing codebase, enhancing product usability, and blending creative solutions which provided new planning information and insights
• Assisting the outside agency on the overall experience of L2 and beyond by providing research and user behavior patterns
